Imo Gives Work, Scholarship To 16 Engineering Alumni
Imo State Government has given work and grant to 16 best graduating Engineering understudies of Imo beginning.
Lead representative Hope Uzodimma made the proposition yesterday at the Nigerian Society Engineer’s (Nse’s) fifth Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu Annual Lecture Series in Owerri.
Uzodimma, addressed by his representative, Prof. Serene Njoku, encouraged the honour beneficiaries to seek to accomplish incredible things in their profession.
He hailed Iwuanyanwu as a prepared industrialist and recognized him for his heavenly commitments to the country’s turn of events, particularly in the field of designing.
The lead representative applauded the NSE for initiating the talk series and for proceeding with it for a considerable length of time.
Iwuanyanwu offered thanks to the NSE for the acknowledgement and for commending his accomplishments in his day to day existence.
He communicated pride in his calling, saying his accomplishments originated from his use of the morals of designing in each part of his life.
As per him, the affection and regard shown him by the NSE were a wellspring of motivation and guaranteed them that he would keep on giving a valiant effort.
The Chairman of the Imo section of the NSE, Dr Eze Ochiagha, focused on the need to foster native designing ability.
He said this should be possible by offering native architects the chance to contribute their quantity in achieving the, generally speaking, feasible advancement of Nigeria.
The talk was convened by Prof. Samuel Ejezie, a Professor of Civil and Geotechnical Engineering.
