Full-Time Cold Email Specialist

We are IntuitionLabs, an AI-first marketing agency providing a wide range of marketing services to B2B tech clients across North America. Our goal is to enhance our team by hiring a skilled Email Marketing Specialist focused on cold email outreach.

Position: Cold Email Specialist

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: $2,000 USD
• Base Salary: $1,600 USD
• Performance Bonus: $400 USD (based on achieving KPIs and creating opportunities for our clients)

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage outbound email marketing campaigns under the guidance of our Marketing Director or Project Managers.
• Craft compelling outbound email copy and campaigns.
• Set up and warm up inboxes to ensure high deliverability scores.
• Diagnose and resolve any deliverability issues.
• Oversee the execution of outreach campaigns from inception to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in creating successful outbound email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work during US hours, specifically from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, including a 1-hour break.
• Experience working with US clients during US business hours.
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
• Strong background in email copywriting, inbox setup, deliverability management, and campaign analytics.
• Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection, a recent computer, and a high-quality headset.
