Job Summary

We seek a motivated Business Development Executive (Remote) to join Brick Shore Consulting. This role involves generating and qualifying new business opportunities through research, outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels including online research, networking events, and social media.
  • Use outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads.

Qualify Leads:

  • Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.
  • Set up appointments and meetings between prospective clients and senior sales executives.

Maintain CRM:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.

Collaborate with the Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback from lead generation activities to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to inform business development strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Seek feedback from sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation processes and effectiveness.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
