REMOTE) INSURANCE COVERAGE ASSOCIATE OR COUNSEL WANTED FOR MULTI-STATE BOUTIQUE LAW FIRM
Our client, a multi-state full-service boutique, is seeking to add an insurance coverage associate or counsel to work closely with one of their Florida based partners. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of broad-ranging coverage experience (3rd party-liability experience is a must) including drafting reservation of rights and denial letters, providing coverage opinions, and litigating declaratory judgment and bad faith actions. This is a tremendous opportunity to work directly with one of the firm’s senior partners with the opportunity to inherit a book of business once the partner retires. This is a fully remote role, and the hired attorney can sit anywhere in Florida (or even outside of Florida) as long as they have an active law license in Florida.
